Cascade Gardens Aparthotel - Cairns

I had a really really nice trip and would love to come back. The venue was absolutely fantastic and exceptionally comfortable, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was fantastic right by the beach, esplanade, bars & restaurants, the reef fleet terminal and the Esplanade and the CBD. The staff was fantastic friendly and amiable, they provided a good service. It was centrally situated, easy to get to St Monica's Cathedral.

Though everything was very comfortable, some of the staff were not so helpful.

All the rooms are top-class with kitchenette and the staff is amazingly nice. The location is marvellous, the check in is early.

Nice pool although small, the barbecue area pleasant, bed comfortable ,plenty of hot water.

The plumbing very noisy whenever taps turned on, toilet difficult to flush, air conditiioning very noisy

Great location, very clean and very comfortable for the price tag.

Location - quiet - self contained.

No breakfast available as advertised and payment was taken from credit card when cash was agreed form of payment.

great base for exploring cairns' highlights and parks

I loved staying here because it was just a few minutes walk to both the beautiful Munro Martin Parklands and the vibrant Cairns Night Markets, so easy to enjoy the local sights and flavors every day.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. We will definitely be staying there again should be get to Cairns in the future.

Good location (walking distance from commercial district), spacious room equipped with kitchen.

Cockroaches in the room, dirty furniture, no daily room service.

Comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with good self catering facilities including laundry. Easy 10 minute walk to the heart of city or 20 minutes to tourist marina. Outdoor barbeque/pool area is small but well equipped and clean.

We were unlucky to have a room which was affected by a persistent and irritating noise from some unidentified source within the resort. Noise and cigarette smoke from the room below were also an annoyance. Rooms which face the street appeared to be unaffected by these internal annoyances.

We found everything that we could have wished for in the apartment we had ..The staff were helpful and friendly and we had no problems of any sort ..Great place to stay for a holiday !...and we will will come back again

Same problem in most motels - very uncomfortable chairs.Digital TV would have been nice.

The rate and the location are good and within a ten minute walk of the centre. The pool was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was child friendly.

Wireless is not available everywhere, but you can easily sit by the pool and surf. The plumbing is unique, but the water is piping hot and under pressure. The reception is not manned after 18.00

The size of our appartment was great along with the facilities in the room. Washing machine and dryer. The pool area was beautifully laid out along with BBQ area.

We felt it could of been cleaner as far as the little things go. For example the rubbish bin looked like it had never been washed and the sinks not scrubbed I think they were just wipped over. The cutlery draw was also dirty and dusty with spills in it.

Quiet room but had tiny flies on the windows .

The room was super spacious with a comfy bed, a nice dining area, and a tv that had Netflix. Air conditioning worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. There's a lovely pool to chill by, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Great location too, close to shops and restaurants.
